Project description
This project intends to be an exchange of experience between Hida village and another village in a country that is part of the European Union. We plan to participate in the program « Europe for Citizens », Component 2. Democratic engagement and civic participation; Measure 2.1. Town twinning. In this project we want to debate various topics from the fields of agriculture, sustainable development, culture, health and sports. We want to mention that so far, we didn’t participate in this kind of project and we believe that participating in this project will give us a chance to develop.

All cities in European Union that are suitable to participate in the program "Europe for Citizens" (Strand 2. Democratic engagement and civic participation; Measure 2.1. Town twinning) with whom we can discuss topics from the areas mentioned above.
Organisation presentation
Hida village is located in the south - east of Sălaj county. The village is crossed from south to north by Huedin - Rastoci highway and from east to west by DJ 109 road. Hida village has an area of 101.72 km2 consisting of eight villages: (Hida - Village Baica, Miluani, Păduriş, Racâş, Sânpetru Almaşului and Stupini) and a total of 3119 people, of which 93.4% are Romanian, 1.1% Hungarians, 4.94% gypsies and 0.06% other nationalities.
